Editorial Policy
The rules this site holds itself to. If we break one of them, that is a correction we owe you.
Research
Guides are researched from Pixton Comics Inc.'s own documentation, its published terms and pricing, and public product information, then written around the symptom rather than the feature. Where behaviour depends on the device — and on school Chromebooks it very often does — the guide says so rather than pretending one answer fits everything.
What “checked” means
The guides published so far are written from Pixton Comics Inc.'s published documentation, terms and pricing rather than from hands-on testing of every step in a live classroom. Where a step describes expected behaviour rather than something we have confirmed ourselves, we keep the wording cautious. We are working through the guides against a live account and will say so on each page as that happens. If a step does not match what you see, tell us — that is the fastest way this gets better.
Dating and re-verification
Every published page carries a verification date. Pixton publishes a change log and ships regularly, so guides are re-checked on a schedule rather than left to rot. A page whose date is old is a page you should trust less, which is exactly why the date is visible.
Nothing is published before it is finished
This site publishes only completed guides. There are no placeholder pages, no “coming soon” stubs and no thin content put up to capture traffic early. A topic appears in the navigation when the guides behind it exist, and not before.
Independence and money
- We receive no payment, product or access from Pixton Comics Inc..
- Pixton has no affiliate programme and we earn nothing from sending you to it.
- Some competing products mentioned in comparisons do have affiliate programmes. Where a link earns a commission it is disclosed on that page.
- A commission never determines a verdict. If the free option is better for your assignment, the guide says so.
Corrections
Errors are fixed rather than quietly edited away. Material corrections are noted on the page and the verification date is reset. Report anything wrong through the contact page.
