Corrections and guide requests are genuinely welcome, and they are what make this site better. Account problems are not something we can help with, but the section at the bottom tells you exactly who can.

If you need your Pixton account, read this first

This is an independent guide. We cannot see your account, reset a sign-in, recover a comic, cancel a subscription or issue a refund. All of that is handled by Pixton Comics Inc. at Pixton.com. The last section on this page explains how to reach them and what to send so they can help quickly.

What to send us

A correction

Tell us the page and what does not match what you see. If a fix did not work, include the device and browser it failed on — on school hardware that is usually the whole explanation. If Pixton has changed something since the guide was checked, a screenshot of the new behaviour saves a round of questions. Corrections go to the top of the queue, and the page’s verification date is reset when they are made.

A guide request

Describe the problem in the words you would type into a search engine. That is genuinely the most useful form it can take, because it tells us both what went wrong and how people look for it. If you already found a partial answer somewhere, say where; it helps us work out what the existing sources miss.

A classroom case we missed

If a guide works for you but not for your grade level, subject, device cart or district setup, we want that. The guides are written around typical K-12 constraints, and the gaps are almost always a setup we did not think of.

We read everything and reply to corrections and guide requests first. We do not reply to account or billing questions, because we cannot act on them — see below instead.

How to reach Pixton itself

For anything involving your account, your students’ accounts, a charge, or work you cannot find, Pixton Comics Inc. is the only party who can look. Two routes exist, and the documentation is clear about which is faster.

  • Email: support@pixton.com, from the address on the account. Pixton’s own help pages say you will be helped much faster by email than by voicemail.
  • The contact form on the official help center, which is the route Pixton names for refund requests and for “No account found” problems.

For a technical fault, Pixton’s error-reporting page asks for three things, and sending all three in the first message is the difference between a quick answer and a week of back-and-forth:

  1. A screenshot of the error that includes the browser’s JavaScript console (Ctrl+Shift+J in Chrome on Windows, Cmd+Option+J on Mac).
  2. The email addresses associated with the affected accounts.
  3. Step-by-step directions of how or when it happens — a screen recording if you can.

Pixton’s stated reason is that support needs to recreate the problem on their end before they can fix it. Our troubleshooting guides walk through the same diagnostics so you can often solve it before writing at all.
